Destination Canada

A unique story drawn in pencil got a watercolor palet as colors. The colors had to be warm with a vintage feel but have impact as well. 

This story was published in a special book consisting of ten stories by ten Dutch comic creators, commissioned by the Dutch consul in Canada. The assignment was to portray the individual stories of ten very diverse immigrants to Canada. Hanco Kolk portrayed Andre Hissink.
